The designer to celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez, Taylor Swift, and Kristen Stewart presented a modern canary yellow trumpet gown alongside a tie-dye print, princess cut dress with a sharp sweetheart neckline. Another creation Lhuillier put on the runway was a black, princess cut dress with a red sash that wrapped around the torso to become part of the bustier. Glitz and glamour with a rock and roll edge took over designer Kati Stern’s Venexiana S/S 2012 collection. Parading down the runway were shimmering couture gowns in every possible color of the rainbow, including rich red, burnt orange, bright fuchsia and memorizing gold. From Stern’s designs, get inspired by her use of Swarovski crystals, sequins and flower detail, as well as her voluminous skirts and structured cuts.
