healthy recipe: Sesame Brocoli and Shrimp

In just 15 minutes you can have a healthy and delicious meal for lunch or dinner.

It’s cooking time girls! We would like to show you how fun it is to cook a healthy recipe. Who knows? Maybe cooking healthy food could turn into your favorite hobby.

 

This week’s course is  an authentic Chinese dish that is not only tasty,  but rich in protein, too: sesame broccoli with shrimp.

This healthy recipe will be ready in just 15 minutes. Trust us. Once you’re done you’ll be satisfied by how quickly and delicious it all turned out.  Enjoy!


PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOKING TIME: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
4 spoonfuls of corn
2 spoonfuls of sesame seeds
2 egg whites
24 medium shrimp
2 spoonfuls of olive oil
1 cup of orange juice
1 spoonful of soy sauce
2 teaspoonssugar
1  teaspoon grated oranges
2 cups of cooked broccoli
3 spoonfuls of chopped chives

Preparation:

1) In a bowl, mix the corn, sesame seeds, shrimp, and 2 egg whites.
2) Pour olive oil in a pan and cook the shrimp for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the pan and place them to the side.
3) Pour orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, and the grated orange in the pan. Let it cook for 3 minutes. Add the shrimp and broccoli, and cook for 1 minute.
4) Add the chopped chives.
