Get in Shape for Your Quince

Get a flat tummy and look spectacular with these easy workouts and put yourself in shape.

A flat tummy will make your dress look even better on you, plus being in shape will make it easier for you to move around, sit and dance throughout the whole night, especially if you’re wearing a corset. Keep in mind you’ll be wearing your dress for at least eight hours so you should feel as comfortable as possible in it. In order to reach a flat and reach tummy, we bring you the next workout plans, but remember, consistency is key to achieve your goals and get and stay in shape! If you practice these at least a month before your celebration we’re sure it’ll be enough time to see amazing results. Pay attention and start asap! You must first find a flat surface whether it is in your room or the living room, you will need as much space as you will extend your arms to fully workout hence the space must be big enough for you to move around without tumbling anything around you.

Crunches Workout

Workout 1

Lie down, bend your knees and place your hands behind your head. Lift your upper torso with the help of your bended arms as if you wanted to take a look at your belly button. Do two series of 10 or 20 repetitions each.

v-ups Workout

Workout 2

Lie down with arms wide open then lift your legs up. Tighten your tummy and reach up trying to reach the ceiling. Keep your back ‘glued’ to the ground at all times. Do two or three series of 10 repetitions each and get in shape.

Cross Over Crunch Workout

Workout 3

Do the same crunches on workout 2, only this time bend your knees as you lift up your torso leaving the other leg straight on the floor. Do two series of 5 repetitions per leg.

Scissor Kicks

Workout 4

Repeat workout 3 but instead of bending your knee lift it up straight aiming to the ceiling leaving your other knee straight on the floor. Do two series of 5 repetitions per leg. Follow this routine at least a month before your Quinceañera. Once you reach your goal, keep on practicing and make it a routine in your life to regularly workout.
