Before choosing your invitations, it’s important that you figure out your party’s theme as well as the date and time of the mass and reception
Can you imagine planning your Quinceanera and forgetting to tell people when, where or what time the ceremony will take place? You’d have an empty party. That is why the invitations are a vital part of your Quince planning. Because they contain all of the critical information about your party, including the date, time, and place of the reception and ceremony, they help control your guests’ attendance to your events. |

If you want to impress your guests from start to end, begin by sending out unique and distinctive invitations. Choosing an invitation is not easy, but you can base your choice on your party’s theme to keep the search simple. For example, if you selected a spring theme for your party, get pastel-colored invitations decorated with flowers and butterflies. You can ask for three-fold invitations and write different information in each panel. For instance, you can write your name in the first, the names of your court of honor and godparents in the second, and the date and place of the celebration in the last. |

If you are Hispanic and live in The United States you have the option to make your invitations in Spanish or English. Select the language which your family feels comfortable with, if it is Spanish, you should type the text and take it to the press. Make sure that there are no misspelling errors. Make sure they do not charge you extra for correcting hyphen errors. Seek the lowest prices.
Create your own invitations After selecting your favorite style, color or theme, languages, and text, purchase the paper or material desired for your invitation and print them in your computer. There is another less expensive alternative, you can e-mail them. If you selected this option make sure to have all your guests’ e-mail addresses with anticipation. Remember that some of your guests may not have internet access, so your will have to use both, regular mail and e-mail. |
