3-step Homemade Facials for your Quince
It may be difficult to squeeze in expensive facials into your Quinceañera budget. But that does not mean you have to wake up to your special day with less than glowing skin. Try these homemade facials.

With that said, here are Mejia’s recipes for homemade facials that will clean, exfoliate and hydrate your skin in time for your Quinceañera:
Step 1: Honey-Based Facial Cleanser (single application)
This homemade cleanser helps clear all skin impurities
1 spoonful of honey
1 egg white
1 spoonful of powder milk
Mix the powder milk and honey in a small container. Then lightly whisk the egg white (not excessively) in a separate container and add it to the milk and honey mixture.
Apply the cleanser in your entire face. Leave for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
Step 2 (option A): Honey and Almond Exfoliant (single application)
Purify your skin with this gentle and invigorating exfoliant.
3 spoonfuls of honey
1 spoonful of olive oil
6 1/2 spoonfuls of ground almonds
Mix the honey with the ground almonds and olive oil in a medium container. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
Apply the exfoliant on your face using circular motions and soft massaging as if you were polishing your skin. Apply slightly more pressure on more affected areas such as the nose, chin, and forehead. Rinse with warm water.
Step 3: Honey-Based Hydrating Treatment (single application)
Perfect for a healthy and glowing skin.
1 spoonful of honey
1/4 of a banana
1 spoonful of oatmeal
1 spoonful of plain yogurt
Place the banana (squash it with a fork), honey, yogurt, and oatmeal in a small container. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
Wipe down your face and apply the treatment to your face, except the eye area. Leave for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
