A Quinceanera music playlist inspired by Forbes’ list of 10 highest paid stars under 30
Although the boys seem to be running the show in the 2012 Premios Juventud awards, with Romeo Santos and Prince Royce receiving the most nominations, as far as Forbes magazine is concerned, it’s the girls that are laughing all the way to the bank. The American publication, which is widely known for its lists, including its lists of wealthiest Americans, recently released its list of 10 highest paid stars under 30.
On top of the list is 22-year-old country sweetheart Taylor Swift who Forbes reports made $57 million between May 2011 and May 2012. The estimate takes into consideration album sales, concert revenues, movie pays and endorsements.
Closely trailing her lead with an estimated $55 million is 18-year-old Justin Bieber followed by 24-year old Rihana who Forbes estimates made $53 million in the year period.
Seven out of the ten listed celebrities are musicians or performers, while the remaining three are none other than the Twilight love trio: Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattison.
In spirit of the money-making machines listed in Forbes’ list of 10 highest paid stars under 30, we’ve created a Quinceanera music playlist featuring this year’s inductees. From country, pop and hip-hop, this list will surely get your Quinceanera party headed into a ballin’ direction.
