Stayed here for a night before leaving on a cruise the next day. First time staying here. The location was great, near the port. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. It seems this hotel is one that is used by the cruise operators as it was crowded with cruise passengers. The staff was very efficient and professional. Ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Reasonably priced and the food was good. Highly recommend.

The service was great, We stayed for 2 nights.The breakfast buffet was amazing very good food and you can make your own waffles yummy. and the workers in the restaurant was so nice we was treated very good. We are coming back in March and me and my sister already said were staying there again when we get done with our cruise again. We are from Northern Calif we cant wait to come back. Excellent place to stay!!! cant say enough good things about Crowne Plaza Hotel. Keep up the good work. Thank you

This is a great place to stay the night before boarding a cruise ship. They have a cruise package that bundles parking in their underground garage for a week, breakfast buffet, and shuttle to the port, which is about a mile away. There are plenty of restaurant options in the area. The staff is professional and friendly. The property is a bit dated, and it was odd that our suite had two chairs but no sofa, but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again for a future trip.

Hotel shows it age but the room was OK and the service was good but slow. Great location if you're taking a cruise. The port is a block away and the hotel offers a shuttle for $5 to the port. Bar and restaurant on site were convenient.

We've had many pre cruise hotel stays. This was about average. The hotel is dated and could use a refresh. However, the location is good with many local eateries. Little things like a loose toilet seat, sink stopper that doesn't work, worn furniture, and high humidity in the room add up.
