Comfy bed! Rooms could use a little TLC... calcification on my shower heads, loose sink handles, and some non-Hilton towels in the bathroom but overall good. The staff is friendly and the restaurant has really really good food options. Maybe a little on the pricey side but well worth the meal that you're having. Have stayed here in the past on business and will stay again when in this area.

Outstanding hotel! The reception employees were friendly and professional. The first thing I noticed about the room was how CLEAN it was. Nice furniture, spotless bathroom. The bed was very comfortable as well. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay here! The staff was having a temporary computer issue when I first rolled in, and they were super friendly while they worked to get it fixed. They even went above and beyond to make sure I could get that famous DoubleTree cookie! The room itself was very spacious and nice. The late checkout time was awesome too. I would definitely stay here again :)

Great spot to have a night stay while passing through San Bernardino. It is next to the main highway. The location is great as there are many food options and Costco Gasoline. It is worth the value to stay at this hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Easy to check in and access rooms from parking. They have enough parking next to the hotel.

Rooms are outdated but they are nice enough. Lobby is nice. Ample paid parking. Lots of food options near by. Bar/restaurant is a bit over priced with limited menu variety. Check your bills, been over charged a couple times.
