Loved our stay for our trip to Universal Studios! The location is within GREAT walking distance but they even offer a shuttle ! The bar was nice ! Staff was very friendly and professional. Water pressure in the shower is ADJUSTABLE! That's right. You heard me, adjustable!! That's a W in and out of itself! Speedy service too ! We called and asked for additional towels and received them QUICKLY! We are diamond members so we felt very taken care of ! We will definitely be staying here for every Universal trip!

As expected - a fairly generic Hilton experience that’s altogether familiar and comfortable at the same time. It’s literally a 5min walk from the Universal Hollywood gates, easily the best of all the immediate hotel adjacent options. Get a room up high (20th floor up) for amazing views of the valley.

This hotel was very nice! Everything felt very clean and new. Food options were expensive which as a little upsetting, but it was decent food. The hotel room was very large and spacious which was nice for 3 people! Our room had a desk and chair, and a second chair and table. The beds were comfortable. It is about a 10 minute walk to Universal Studios, or they offer a free shuttle as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel that is the closest you can get to the theme park entrance, great for early morning access and an easy trip home at night. Rooms are basic but clean. Higher floors have nice views of Universal or valley. Overall nothing special about the rooms though, you're here for the location. Self parking is easy and currently $40 a night. Pool is nice, not a resort, but big enough for the size of the hotel. Hot tub is nice and open late to relax after a long day. Overall, a nice quiet stay with a quick drive to various locations and a prime location if you're going to the park or city walk.

Conveniently situated within walking distance to the Universal Studios. Room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping service was good. My only suggestion would be to have a more customer friendly receptionist. The receptionist who checked us in (initial M.W.) could be friendlier and instead of saying "I need to see your ID" with a frown before any greetings, try saying "Please, may I see your ID?" The prior guest was also put off and confused by her request as if this was a repeat request. Try greeting your guests more politely since your job is in customer service.
