After shampooing and rinsing your hair thoroughly, pour the mixture on your scalp and hair. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Repeat no more than twice a week.

Potato Juice

Potato is rich in vitamin C, niacin, iron and zinc which promotes hair growth. In a food processor, add 4 unpeeled potatoes and extract the juice.
