It’s the new year and it’s time to start that resolution to lose weight and get fit! Reach your weight loss goal by kick-starting your day with this low-calorie smoothie that not only tastes delicious but is also filling and is packed with ingredients to help you get a flatter tummy by reducing bloating.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries (for the best flavor, use fresh berries placed in the freezer overnight)
  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple (for the best flavor, use fresh pineapple placed in the freezer overnight)
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 3/4 cup of water

Throw all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy immediately!
