For your quinceañera, you want to look and feel your best so it’s important to make time for yourself and create a daily routine that works for you. It’s such an on-the-go time that having a bit of structure to your days can give you a sense of control.
Implementing this won’t only help you during your quinceañera but also in the long run by improving your mental/physical health, focus, and productivity.
Eat your fruits and vegetables
It’s so easy to fall into unhealthy eating habits especially when you’re planning out your quinceañera because it seems like you’re always in a rush. Although eating fruits and vegetables is crucial to keeping you healthy, it improves your digestive system and reduces bloating because they contain many vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
In the morning you can make:
- a strawberry smoothie
- overnight oats
- quick huevo revuelto with onion, spinach, and peppers.
For lunch or dinner you can make:
- a sandwich
- power bowl

- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of almond milk (oat milk, milk, or coconut water)
- 1 ½ tablespoons agave syrup ( maple syrup, or honey)
- ½ cup ice
- Optional add-ins: 1 scoop of origin organic plant-based vanilla or chocolate protein
Drink lots of water
If you want your skin to look healthy and hydrated for your quinceañera then you need to drink water. Drinking water not only helps boost your energy but it’s essential for your health. It helps detoxify your body and keeps your kidneys healthy.
Stick to your skincare routine
Two weeks before your quinceañera try going makeup-free to let your skin breathe before going full glam. Try and implement your skincare routine two months before the big day so that you will see results, don’t forget you have to be consistent!
Your skincare routine usually consists of three main steps:
A skincare hack is ice rolling, I have one and I love it! Not only does it make your pores look smaller but it increases blood flow, and drains fluid, therefore, de-puffing your face. I think it’s most effective in the morning right after you’ve woken up. You will be looking refreshed and radiant all day!
Get enough sleep
Sleep is essential to your health, it allows your body and brain to function properly. It’s as important as drinking water, eating a balanced diet, and exercising. You don’t want to show up with low energy and dark bags under your eyes for your quinceañera, You want to have boosted energy the entire day to enjoy with your loved ones so don’t forget to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily!
