•U.S. citizen;
•3.0 GPA;
•Currently attending full-time in post-secondary education (undergraduate or graduate); and For this scholarship, we define ‘minority’ as someone of one of the following ethnicities:

•Black
•Hispanic
•Native American
•Pacific Islander
