Alexis Hernandez is the 2013 Image of Quinceanera.com. After a grueling process of elimination after Quinceanera.com’s casting for its 2013 Image, judges have selected Alexis Hernandez as its new brand ambassador.
As the winner, Alexis’ image will appear in all promotional advertisements for the media outlets’ 2013 campaign. She also wins a $700 cash prize, VIP access to all 2013 Quinceanera.com Expo and Fashion Shows and special invitations to industry events.
Alexis was one of the numerous girls that participated in the castings held on October 6 and 21 at Moda 2000 in the city of Anaheim, where the judges: Hugo Hernandez, Marketing Director of EC Hispanic Media, Hilda Gabriela Hernandez, Senior Editor of Quinceanera.com, Rosio Castañeda, Events Coordinator of EC Hispanic Media, and Maria Lupe Hernandez, Community Affairs Coordinator of EC Hispanic Media, interviewed each of the participants one by one in an onstage Q&A session.
Judges also scored each of the contestants’ mission statement where they were asked to write why they should be the 2013 Image of Quinceanera.com.
Alexis Hernandez is 14 years old and from the city of South Gate, California. She is currently planning her 2013 Quinceanera and following in her mother’s footsteps as a South Gate High School cheerleader.
During her onstage interview with the judges, Alexis praised her strong family values as motivation to pursue bigger and better things. She was also part of the semifinalists for Quinceanera.com Magazine’s 2012 Ontario cover girl contest, which was won by Stephanie Guzman.
Alexis follows Jazzel Garcia, the first ever Image of Quinceanera.com, as the second in the brand’s history.
