1. Vehicle Capacity

Many people think that they can have as many people that fit in the limo ride in it, but there are actually capacity limits which need to be considered. Make sure you know the limo’s capacity before booking the limo service for your special day.

2. Travel Time

Most limo companies won’t declare out right their policies about travel time, so make sure you find them out before you book. You’ll want to inquire about when exactly the travel time starts and when it ends so you can plan to include the cost in your budget.

3. Insurance

Before you book a limo service, make sure they have the proper licenses and insurance to commercially operate in your particular state. If they aren’t registered with the state, you may want to look for another reputable limo company to work with.

4. Reservations

You need to remember that you’re going to need to make a reservation with a limo company weeks, if not months, ahead of time. Without booking a reservation with enough notice, there’s no guarantee if you’ll be able to get the limo you want, if any at all.

5. Discounts

Some limo companies may even provide discounts if you book multiple vehicles or services, but they’re not going to just come out and tell you that. This is why you want to ask about any discount or promotion before you book your limo service.
