Just perfect. Ask for Sam, he couldn't have been nicer, but more importantly he is skilled and empathic to what you need and want. I went short after 20+ years and I was admittedly nervous, but Sam made the whole experience comfortable, which made me trust him from the start. And I was not disappointed, photo as a proof! Going back for sure! Thank you, Sam!

I researched on Google for the best full service salon for men, and I am certainly not disappointed with Bryan's. I am from South Carolina and I know hospitality and customer service, and to say without a doubt, this is the best experience possible if you are looking to be papered and taken care of. I had the pleasure of having Bryan himself as my barber/stylist, and he catered to every one of my needs and wants - from champagne to suggestions on color and style. This is exactly what I had planned when I wanted to have a full makeover and genuine care from the staff. Do not hesitate to make your appointment here as this is top notch for service and price point. Beyond satisfied would be an understatement!

I'm here from out of town and made a same-day appointment via the website. I knew I wanted to give my business to an LGBT-owned salon and went right to the Castro neighborhood on Google Maps and did a little comparison of salons and barbershops. Given the reviews for Bryan Roberts Salon, I opted to give this place a shot and was pleasantly surprised to see that Bryan, the owner, was going to work on my mane. There was a glass of wine at the ready for me after I checked in (which I was politely offered among another options) and the experience was a pleasure. Scalp massage, thorough shampoo, hair assessment and style recommendation, followed by an expert cut and style - what could be better? Bryan was lovely to converse with and also gave me some GREAT advice on how to get my hair to look its best. When I'm in town (which I am for work quite frequently), I will make a point to come back to see Bryan and his team!!

Full hair color and a cut with Jenny. She is by far one of the best colorists and stylists I've ever encountered. I'm in process of relocating here and my hair is something I don't mess around with. I was nervous to find a new salon and needed a top tier provider as bad color isn't something you can fix at home - yikes.I had the good fortunate of finding Bryan Roberts (which is spotless I might add. You could literally eat off the floors. Loved the cleanliness factor!). But also enjoyed the friendliness of staff. You felt you were being taking care of and that they really wanted you to look/feel your best before they sent you back along your way. We will stay with Jenny for all our needs going forward. She's fantastic! My husband and I love her!!!.
