Crumbl Cookies, Riverside

My family loves these cookies, we get them friday evening for dessert. I also took some for my co-workers, I picked them up at 8 am and they were freshly baked. They were a hit amongst the co-workers, they Loved them too!

Crumbl Cookies make for a great treat to bring for special events. I absolutely love their branding, which is similar to another local cookie like shop in the area. The packaging is so cute. This cookie shop is located at the Riverside Plaza (just off the 91 freeway and Central Ave.) - in front of the Regency theater - so parking can be a hit or miss. They have a couple of To Go parking spots right at the front but I've found that other people take them, even if they're not inside the shop. The do have available parking in the shared lot near the Nordstrom Rack or Trader Joe's / VONS side. Ordering is simple. I have their app and it's super easy to use. I do like the interface as well. Service is really quick here too. You're in and you're out with your cookies within 5 minutes of placing your order.

Really happy they open early. Very disappointed in diet restriction selection and freshness of cookies I decided on purchasing. Mostly the tea cookie, short bread, GF and their one low sugar cookie. The owner was not pleasant employees were very helpful. Please ask her about her keto selection .

I found a hair in one of the cookies I ordered. The hair seemed to be stuck on the bottom, I lifted the cookie and saw the hair like if it was baked with the dough. I called to make them aware of the situation but did not heard back from anyone. This was not an enjoyable experience and didn’t even get a manager to at least say sorry . 🤷🏻‍♀️. Not cool. 👎👎
