We enjoyed staying here over night. People were friendly at the service desk. I should have checked before but you have to pay for parking. Also, since I reserved my room not through the hotel, I had to give a deposit. The best part of the room was the shower. Advice: Make sure you take drinking water because there is no free water in your room. The water bottles in your room are expensive. Even when traveling to Europe, there was a couple of free water bottles in the room. I would stay here again.

Because you are located rt by the highway you will hear road noise. If you are not used to it sleeping can be tough. The breakfast was good. The buffet was a bit pricy but food was good. Every person I have talked w has been super kind and helpful.

Great location, rooms were clean & they greet you with amazing cookies :) The only thing I really didn't like is they charge $15 +1.00 (other) on receipt; a day for parking that was stated as free when booking 3rd party unfair to people who think they have fully paid their stay.

Not the cleanest hotel I have ever been. The carpets are dirty and our bath towel had spots which was so nasty. On our check in day the staff were so nice and welcoming and on our check out the receptionist was so rude like why we even bothering her asking about 2 over night charges for parking on our bill. So will I come back? thats a pass for me.

The reception lacked warmth and assistance; they didn't guide us to the elevator or explain the hotel facilities despite it being a quiet time. Even when we sought help from a staff member in the lobby, they appeared distracted by a phone game and didn't attend to our queries. It took about 2 hours for someone to assist us in the room, and there was no manager available to address our concerns. Additionally, they entered our room without permission, and the privacy notice was on the door. This breach of privacy further compounded our dissatisfaction with the overall experience at the hotel. It's evident that the standards of privacy and respect for guests' space were lacking, contributing to a disappointing stay that did not meet the expected standards for a hotel of this caliber
