Today I picked up my wedding dress! Esmeraldas bridal was the best experience by far. From the initial visit the staff was great I mostly worked with Mary she was amazing,she asked me what kind of dress I liked and helped me find the perfect one. Im very happy I went here. Esmeraldas Bridal was the perfect place and they have a great selection to choose from..... I have my absolute favorite place to go to now for that special occassion. Thank you Esmeralda Bridal.

I went here to look at quinceañera dresses and I am very pleased with my experience. They had great customer service and didn't push us to buy anything. They were very patient and nice. I would definitely recommend going.

Rude associates and atmosphere. Me my sister and mother went to browse their bridal section and one of the workers asked another are “they” allowed to be looking at them? What do you mean they? So f this place and your ugly dresses won’t be coming back. Only cater to who looks like you clearly

This was our first time coming to this place. It’s clean and elegantly decorated. However the suite my son received was not his measurements. The suit seemed to be for a much larger person. The tailor came off a bit rude when we asked him a question about the size and he responded very aggressively with no solution. Despite the timing what really put a bad taste in my mouth was the rudeness of the owner. His tone, the words that he used, and his facial expressions were not very customer service friendly. I would not recommend this place.
