Yamilet thank you for your great customer service. Walked in with no appointment, and you accommodated us and helped my daughter find the perfect dress. Great selection, numerous employees to assist and took their time listening and giving their expertise with a smile in their face at all time. She said yes to the dress. Thank you.

Iā€™m so sad to have to leave this review because Lorena was so nice to us. Unfortunately her staff is not professional and makes things hard for the customers. My daughter has bad circulation and couldnā€™t wear the petty coat, Lorena recommended they do a petty coat with elastic for her. Before the dress fitting I called 3 times to make sure the petty coat was ready and every single time they confirmed We arrive to the dress fitting and thereā€™s no petty coat, and nobody knew about it! We rescheduled for the following week and once again I called to confirm the petty coat was ready, Yamileth confirmed and once again we showed up the it wasnā€™t ready. They sent us to a little fitting room while they ā€œwork ā€œ on it, and the lady they sent didnā€™t know how to put the dress, I assumed she was seamstress due to her lack of knowledge on how to put the dress. Well, no, she wasnā€™t, she kept saying she didnā€™t know how to do the alterations. By then I asked Casey to PLEASE come and help, Casey more knowledgeable and professional listened and helped us. Unfortunately the petty coat was not what Lorena had suggested, it kept falling off by then the other lady said we will have to get it on our own. I told her it was Lorena the one that suggested it on first place. My daughter who has severe heart disease was by then drained, we had to ask them for some soda. Once again we rescheduled in hopes that by the next appointment they will deliver. I kept thinking about how no seamstress was there to see see what needed to be done, so I decided to take the dress somewhere else to get it fixed and get her the petty coat somewhere else as well. I called to asked them to please donā€™t touch the dress and I told Ashley the reason why. Ashley informed me she doesnā€™t appreciate me being disrespectful. I asked her in what way am I being disrespectful when all Iā€™m doing is telling her Iā€™m not happy with the service and lack of professionalism they have. I didnā€™t raise my voice, said bad words or call anyone names, which explains why she couldnā€™t tell me how so was being disrespectful to her. I explained her that she needs to learn to take positive criticism, and deliver the way Lorena, the owner would. She told me Lorena is her aunt, which probably can explain why she feels untouchable. End of story, Iā€™m going to pay somewhere else to get something I already paid them for because since they already got my money they donā€™t longer care for my business.
