We have been staying here for years!!! Every time we do, we have no complaints. Rooms are clean and fresh. I have yet to see a bug in my rooms. Even those that have not been renovated yet. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They are always very accommodating. The hotel is walking distance from Old Town and multiple restaurants and fast foods. Plenty of parking.

Veronica was amazing. She was so helpful and took care of any concerns I had quickly. She was warm and made us feel right at home! Max came in and was also so so helpful and kind. And the security officer was just as warm. We will absolutely stay here again. The rooms are old and bathroom wasn’t super clean but the amazing customer service made me quickly forget about that. The location was perfect too!

Rooms were nice and clean. You’ll notice the styling is new vintage. I did not select breakfast but my host Arianna surprised me with breakfast card, and their breakfast is substantial and tasted good. I got scrambled eggs, sausages, french toast, coffee, orange+apple juice. Though there was waffles, fruit, yogurt, milk, bagels, and more. I will choose this again!

Thank you to both Ivan and Veronica! Next time we are in Orlando, we will be staying here because of them. They were friendly, professional and helpful. Ivan gave us the best recommendation for dinner. You could tell they both enjoy their job by how well they treated everyone. As a bonus our room was wonderful - looked like it had just been redone. Clean and beds were very comfortable. We chose this location because it was close to where we needed to be, but next time we are in Orlando we will stay there because of the staff.

Just spend 3 nights here for my birthday weekend. I absolutely loved my room I had queen double bed. It was a spacious room plus the whole room was sooo nice!!! Looked newly renovated. The icing on the cake was definitely the service. ((Veronica )) put her name in parentheses to truly exaggerate, the fact that I would definitely book this hotel again just because of her service!!!!! 10/10 you’re gonna love the place for your birthday Disney trip !
