“I was recommended to this store by my sister. And I am glad we came to this store for a Sweet Sixteen Dress. My daughter and I had a great experience with this store from the moment we entered the store. Everyone was very nice and attentive. To be honest, I am not an easy person to please; even though, we changed the crown several times, changed the color of the decorative pillows, and the owner added more details to the stuffed bear’s dress per our request, their customer service and patience by the owner to the employees was excellent. From the dress to their attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend them to everyone I know.”

My wife and daughter were referred by a friend locally for her Quinceañera. We drove all the way from Denton, and they were very happy start from finish. Trust me when I say that is not an easy task…I’ve been trying for years now :) Now all my daughter’s friends want to go there. They loved her dress.

Respectfully, the bad reviews on here must be from people who expect miracles. My friends, co-worker, and family have shopped here since I had my Quinceañera. Every thing done her is detail oriented. Not ONE SINGLE TIME have I been treated rudely. I will say they are very honest and straight forward when it comes to letting you know if a certain style looks good on you or not, but that is exactly expected of a professional stylist. Highly recommended!

La ocasión has been the only place I’ve bought my dresses from. Have been a customer since my prom and many more events to now my daughters quinceñera dress. The staff there is very nice and are very honest to help you decide for what is best for you. I really recommend this place.

The owner was nice at first when my sister tried on the quinceañera dresses, but after a month or two we picked up the dress with the crown(that my sister didn’t choose.), the bear and everything that came with the package, my mom told the lady if she could change the crown (since my sister didn’t like the one they gave her.)She just replied “well you aren’t the quinceañera are you?.” We asked again if she could change it since we are paying her for her service and my sister didn’t like it. She changed it but did give an attitude.
