I came to Lucy Franco for my wedding dress. I knew early on that I didn’t want to wear a traditional white gown and had been searching for a gown in blush pink. I stumbled across Lucy Franco and figured I’d give them a shot. I’m so happy that I did! I worked very closely with Veronica and she truly made my experience. While Veronica was amazing, I was also greeted warmly by the entire team! Everyone was so supportive and aided Veronica with whatever she needed to create a memorable experience for me. I’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves! I got my wedding dress from Lucy Franco but they helped with alterations for my reception dress! A true dream!

The staff was so nice and so helpful! Quincenera us a huge special day for Hispanic families and dress shopping could be so stressful! The ladies here helped us look for a perfect color , also let us try on the dresses we were intrigued with. Made the experience fun thank you guys!!

We came in from out of town and picked a dress for my baby. They shipped it out for an extra cost and it arrived okay. It did not include petticoat. The dress looked amazing on my daughter. Thanks for making her look and feel like a princess. Beautiful Quality!

I was so stressed looking for a gown, but last minute I went at the store. Veronica helped and assist me all through out. She give some suggestions that would fit my needs. She is so welcoming and so nice. Even the other ladies who works there. Thank you every one for all your help. Will definetly come back.

The shopping process was nice, pleasant, had a couple fittings, welcoming all good. We did order one dress but received a similar that had some enhancements, lights, because the original order was discontinued. Ok fine we took it even excited Well the dress sleeve came off in the limo. We fixed it then the performance is happening and the opposite sleeve is now completely hanging. I'm not sure if this is common but for a 2k dress i wouldn't expect the sleeves to budge. I'm glad we didn't even try to turn on the lights until way after and nope the lights didn't work even with the replaced batteries. Yeah wasn't so happy with a dress that fell apart especially during her performance in front of everyone
