This was the worst experience we have ever had we have been customers with this owner for SOOOOOO many years and the fact that we have been given the run around for the past couple months with my cousins quince dress that we have been “guaranteed” four times her dress will get here WE ORDERED THE DRESS SINCE MARCH AND OUR QUINCE IS IN ONE WEEK AND WE STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RECEIVE ANYTHING NOR DOES REFUND WANNA BE GIVEN SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND WE WILL NEVER BE GOING THERE AGAIN BECAUSE COMMUNICATION IS NEVER BEING PROVIDED TO WERE WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE OWNER AND NEVER GETTING ANYTHING BACK NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!

I went and it was closed but the sign said they were open and the hours of operation stated that they had to be open. I looked through window and their was a lady inside writing something so I knocked on the door and she never opened. Wow horrendous customer service my brides maids and myself will be heading to Los Angeles I heard they have great deals, excellent customer service, and more variety indeed.
