Photo Studio Cervantes did a beautiful and impeccable job with our wedding pictures and video. They are also real professional. I highly recommend them.

I'm giving them a 3 becasue the photographer at the church was very friendly and polite. but when it came to picking up my photos, the staff is pretty slow and sometimes doesnt acknowledge you until you've been standing there for a while. They made a mistake when I went to pick up my package, they gave me 1 wrong photo. I went back and told them and they said I had to come back another day. Once I went back for the right picture,I was hoping they would atleast give me the picture they mistakenly made for the inconvenience. I had to waste time and money and they didnt even offer to give me that

Not sure where all the good reviews come from but here is my honest review. It’s terrible. They take forever to complete your package. We submitted everything two weeks after our wedding which was on 4.1.23 And after a month after submitting we never received updates so my wife decided to call and their excuse was that they didn’t receive anything through email and that we were supposed to call them after submitting. Like wth? That’s THEIR job. So we had to resubmit everything and it took months to get. They have yet to turn in our album which is the last thing they need to turn in. Which by the way we submitted on September. It’s been 3 months and the lady told my wife that we never approved the album sample which is stupid because we literally did an in person visit with the lady to edit and approve it. Please people don’t waste your money here. You’re better off using your phone for your events.

I didn't hate this place, but clearly they cater to a different demographic than I'm used to. images on CD fairly pricey at $5 a pop (no discount for a set) and not used to mailing orders out. probably still a good place for locals who can walk in at any time, but not for those from out of town.
