I have used this company so many times that I cannot recall. My biggest event that I relied heavily on them was by far the most work I have yet to put into throwing a party. I knew I was in great hands. The prices were fair and the entire process was professional. The tent, tables, chairs. lighting and more were beyond my expectations! The party was bigger than a hit. A year later, families are calling me to refer them to the vendors we use. Bravo! Thanks for keeping the party alive!

Called for a quote, person taking the call asked another person if he was interested in renting me the 8 tables I needed, other person responded in background NO!. Guess they are not interested in small requests. Could be more polite at least.

So unprofessional, extremely upset with this place , such bad customer service. I requested the item online weeks before the event . I called weeks before to make sure they did get my order because all the did was send a receipt through text , NOT a confirmation nothing , called few times to know when was the delivery going to be . And all they offer was a call back that I never received . They decided to do the deliverya a day before my event , when I couldn't be present . Asking you to be there with the card and the Id , I trusted them with my card information where they took the half of the full amount . My event is in 2 days I just hope they don't take out the rest . Because it's obviously canceled . So upset I had to look for another place last minute . Because such unprofessional people decided to have a business.
