I got the privilege to enjoy a lovely event with Canyon Catering providing and serving the meal. The food and service was absolutely amazing and the presentation was first class. I want to thank Melissa and Kenny for their high standards of hospitality. It was truly a lovely meal and I thoroughly enjoyed it!! I will put Canyon Catering at the top of my list for recommendations to my friends. Thank you kindly!!

The team at Canyon Catering did a fabulous job for our wedding. Food was absolutely excellent, and our coordinators/leads - what have you - Steven and Christina, were absolutely phenomenal in helping me plan every aspect of the day to the last detail. Christina put up with last minute head count changes, sudden changes to food quantities, etc. and never made me feel like I was being difficult. A few weeks before the wedding she and Steven came out to see the venue and walk me through exactly where everything would go. So helpful. Great tasting food with a ton of options. Excellent service. Good pricing. The tasting was just us as opposed to some group tastings. Guests were raving about the short ribs, deserts, and appetizers for days after the wedding. The staff had timing perfect, were friendly, and handled any last minute requests.

I just worked with Canyon Catering yesterday for a wedding at Rancho Las Lomas, and LOVED them!!! I worked with Nick and his staff of about 6 or 7 others. They were the most efficient, professional, detail oriented, and on top of it group of caterers I have met! I will definitely recommend them for any brides. They made the table settings beautiful, folded the napkins in a special way and were continually helping guests with anything they needed, food, refills, etc. They went out of their way to ensure things were done in a professional and elegant manner and even had cake in to-go boxes for the Bride and Groom ready, as well as asked if the parents would like to take the left-overs home, which I think was so thoughtful as I had never seen that done by another company. From the beginning till the end it was a pleasure dealing with Canyon Catering. He understood my needs and help me all the way coordinate my own wedding. It really helped me, having Canyon Catering bringing all the linens, glassware, and China. It made easy to order quantities, style, etc. But the best part was the food. The appetizers were to die for and the Canyon Catering was DELICIOUS! All my guest loved it. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Canyon Catering 100%. You won't be disappointed.
