I ordered the Dodger wreath spray for a funeral service, but instead of the team emblem, I provided a military seal as the wreath was for a veteran. It turned out beautifully! I requested some changes to the wreath and they really made my vision come to life. We got many compliments on the arrangement. The florist was helpful with ideas & the delivery to the service was timely. We have used Chitas several times for funerals & their quality is superior to others in the area. Thank you Chita's for helping us honor our grandfather's military career with such a beautiful wreath.

Amazing customer service! Went there with a special request for delivery. Despite being out of the norm they made an exception and made it happen. Customer service is king with me and customer service is definitely front and center at Chita's. As far as flowers are concerned...awesome! (See pic). Seldomly is the product exactly as seen on screen or in an image. Chita's arrangement was actually BETTER than pictured. Also, my arrangement was ready ahead of time! Lastly, I priced the same type of arrangement at several places and Chita's was hand down the best value for the quality. If you are looking for great customer service, great flowers, AND great value...Chita's is the place! Thank you Chita's!!!
