Great place to stay, this area is very close to LA and a nice shopping center outlet. My stay was great! The staff were friendly and informative including the valet staff as well. Check-in was fast and smooth. The room I stayed in was very nice and seemed to have been recently renovated or upgraded because it seemed very new. I ordered food from room services and it would get delivered less than 15 min the food was great. My room didn’t have a microwave and the front desk sent me a microwave within 5 min of requesting one. Plenty of towels and they have a heated a pool. I will be staying here again in the future.

The Commerce Casino & Hotel have been there for many years in the beginning the Casino started first it's all table they play poker tournaments that they famous for poker including the world championship of poker. You bet on the horse also. Later on they build the hotel it's really nice my wife and I stay for our honeymoon night before we left to Hawaii that was couple years ago.

I had no idea that there was a casino and hotel in LA. I was on a business trip, working in Huntington Park, not a great area to find lodging... this place came up on a search so I rolled the dice.... lol. Staff was friendly and helpful, restaurant was a good enough and the rooms were clean and comfortable, will be staying here in the future. Side note Valet parking is included in the resort fee so don't do what I did and park in the self park lot far away from the front desk.

Don’t be fooled by the Google rating, the place is not that great. Rooms could be cleaner for sure. The Casino is probably the worst one I’ve been to in a long time, they do have a Bar. The staff did put us on the top floor which was nice of him, but there is a lack of staff here because the guy at check in desk was also brining our suitcases to our room. There was a pile of food left out near the lifts and remained there for 2 days before somebody removed it. I asked for some glasses to take to our room and all the could give me were paper cups. Valet parking is handy though and the location is ideal right next to Citadel Outlets and good connectivity to highways.

I will not tolerate disrespect, I asked a simple question and was treated bad. First time and Never coming back. My friends always recommended this casino over PECHANGA . I thought I'd gave it a try. Bartenders were attentive and drinks were good. I spoke to Charles (manger) about my experience and pretty much closed ears. My friends and I got raffle ticket's because we spend a couple hundred. I guess they do a raffle every 30 minutes. Which it was 1:45 and nothing happened . I asked the(teller Vivian)about it when was the next draw since it past the 30 min draw. She proceeded with a NASTY attitude and said everything 30 min. I mentioned that it was past the time and she proceeded to say then " WHY ARE YOU ASKING". At the end it's not about the money it's more about taking care of your customer and making sure they're Informed/taking care of. I hope Management reads and address the situation. At the ends it's all on camera!
