We had our daughters sweet 16 at the Crystal Reception Hall. Magdalena was amazing. She responded back to us in record time with every question, and I had a lot. They did all the set up and tear down and food was included. Our night was amazing and the owner made it 1000 times better. I knew that I was in great hands and I knew that there were someone on the other side who cared about me and my family. She also was very flexible with making time for me to come in to set up before the party. I would prefer her to anyone having a party, quinceanera, wedding, or any major event. She does all the work for you, and is extremely communicative welcoming

I just recently had my wedding at Crystal Reception Hall on 9.30.23. Let me tell you this is by far the best venue in Arizona. The owners are amazing as well as the staff. The owners will make sure your special occasion is stress free. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful environment to have their special event. This is definitely a 5 star venue. Myself and my husband was so amazed and pleased on how everything turned out.

I did my brother in laws party here and it was beautiful!! All decor was done by ME (my business) but the staff was extremely nice and helpful!!

My daughter sweet 16 turned out amazing! The hall is very clean and organized. The owner was very accommodating which helped make the process alot less stressful! She helped us find other vendors and was very responsive!! Thank you we will be returning in the future!!
