Patio Productions is a family owned business that clearly appreciates their clients. Their professional staff was a pleasure to work with. I had limited space to work with, but required sitting for at least four without feeling cramped. Pricing was never a sticking point - management was what I would have considered more than reasonable. Another plus - they have their own in house delivery service that performed flawlessly. At the end of the day I felt like a valued client. Clearly a win win for all of us.

Patio productions is a great place for outdoor furniture needs. I purchased a couch and 2 chairs made of polywood with sunbrella fabric. Super durable material in all weather , rain or shine. Fabric spot cleans beautifully. I had a great salesman, Matt, and delivery was quick and seamless . I also purchased a fire pit from them which I love. Easy to use. I recently had a small gas pop and Matt immediately got hold of the dealer who came out to analyze the problem. Turned out I just needed a wind guard. Within 24 hr I had purchased the floor model and Matt , on his day off, delivered it. The customer service at Patio Productions is beyond belief. I hope I have the opportunity and the pleasure to work with them again . Highly recommend them and salesperson Matt.

Matt and the team were great to work with. They helped guide us in picking out the perfect set and helped us in changing some of our order after there were some issues with a product being backordered. Our new patio set and fire table are beautiful.

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe my experience with Patio Productions. Shopping for outdoor furniture exclusively online, I feel so lucky to have found this company! The merchandise is of very high quality, and at amazingly reasonable prices. The selection is enormous without being overwhelming, and the customer service was so superb that I thought I had stepped into a time machine and gone back to the 1950s. Everyone - and I mean everyone - was so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful - including the white glove delivery service folks who cheerfully devised a pulley system to haul two sofas, which were too big for the elevator, up to my fourth floor roof deck. I got a lot of stuff - a dining set, a loveseat, a side table, four club chairs, two sofas, and a fire table - and it’s all BEAUTIFUL. It has even been pouring-rained on already, and everything they said about the weatherproof nature of the furniture and cushions was true - it looked like nothing had happened by the next day! It really does seem to be very well-made, very durable furniture - and the selection, prices, and customer service at Patio Productions simply can’t be beat.
