Embassy Suites Anaheim

We just stayed three nights and had a terrific experience. We had two rooms both were very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was more than enough to sustain us and very good. I had exceptional service at check-in as I was a little frazzled and needed to get onto a work call. The manager was just terrific as she checked me in and helped me extend our stay for an additional night. All staff we encountered were knowledgeable, welcoming, kind, and helpful. We enjoyed the pool area, the restaurant, and complimentary evening drinks. We were traveling with a dog and they made it a breeze. We are looking forward to staying here again for our next Disneyland trip.

Perfect for our Disney vacation. We stayed 5 nights. We loved our corner suite with view of fireworks, and the king bed we had was comfortable. Liked having complimentary breakfast, with made-to-order omelets. Also, a nice touch having complimentary appetizers (pizza, chips, salsa, hummus, veggies, etc) and also drinks (rum punch, beer, wine, soda, etc) each evening from 5pm to 6:30pm. This property is NOT walking distance to Disney, but after walking all day, we didn't want to walk back to the hotel anyway. However, the multi-day ART shuttle pass (conveniently digital on phone app) is inexpensive and stops right in front of this hotel, every half hour --- starts an hour or so before Disney opens and continues a half hour past closing. We definitely recommend this place.

From the moment I arrived, the customer service at this Embassy Suites has been amazing. They greeted me, checked to ensure my stay was going well, and was always eager to ask if I needed anything. Both Molly and Tony texted to check on our room and stay. The breakfast was great as well. Even though the omelette station was unavailable, it still was wonderful due to its options and again friendliness from the staff. The evening reception provided light snacks and drinks. The location was almost a mile from Disney. It was close enough without the noise. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again in my next trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Anaheim, CA. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a variety of items to choose from. Everything was served hot and was constantly filled up. The staff was really hospitable, they allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room. The suites were modern and had really comfortable beds. Our kids just loved staying here. The hotel is also close to Disneyland and other attractions. Another great thing about this hotel is the bus service that is right outside the hotel. For only $6/day, we could get unlimited rides to anywhere we wanted to go. The buses were clean and comfortable, and they came every 30 minutes. We used the bus service to go to Disneyland. It was so easy and fun, and we didn’t have to worry about parking or traffic. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Anaheim.
