If we could give this event hall 100 stars we would because 5 stars does not do it justice! My husband and I had our wedding at this venue in November and it was absolutely perfect. We were looking for a venue that could help us plan a wedding in 2 months and Esmeralda and her team did an EXCELLENT job! She met all of our expectations, the price was very reasonable, and the quality was superior. Not only did she take care of every single possible thing you can imagine before the wedding, but she was also there the day of the event and she helped facilitate the whole party. EVERYONE in our family loved her and how professional she was. Esmeralda answered all of our questions before the event, she gave us suggestions, recommended vendors, gave us ideas for pictures around our ceremony site, and planned the whole night of the event step by step. Honestly, if it wasn't for her, we wouldn't have been able to pull it off. She is the perfect wedding planner and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. Always very accessible! I had A LOT of questions and she was always had answers and suggestions that helped make put our nerves to ease. The night of our wedding we were missing a few things and she was there to help us every step of the way. In addition, the staff is super nice and professional. All of our guests loved the food- we picked the birria and it was exquisite. The DJ played great music all night! He really knew how to get everyone dancing and played all genres. Keep in mind this venue also has a sister venue- San Antonio Event Venue and we had our wedding ceremony there. It was beautiful! My only regret is that I didn't take more pictures at the venue because it was absolutely stunning. I see us coming back to them for all of our future events. Again, thank you SOOO much for everything you did for us, our wedding was perfect because of this event venue and their staff!!!

Emerald Event Hall and it’s staff were so great to my team and reception guests. We were evacuated from the area of Temecula because of the Fairfax fire and need a location to have a reception. Esmerelda was inviting and made the very chaotic and quick transition( overnight ) of locations easy. This event hall is great and I definitely will recommend it for any future parties, receptions or gathering!

We had an Induction event in Emerald Hall last April 29th. The place was awesome and the staff was very helpful in making sure our event was successful. Our guests were very impressed.

Overall the day of the event was spectacular. The hall looked beautiful and everyone loved the LED floor. The service by the waiters and bar tender was excellent and Esmeralda was very attentive the day of our event We all wanted a redo because it was such a great night. The hall recommended a photographer, David, which went above and beyond to capture every moment. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better night. The only feedback I have was that communucation during the planning stages was not always there, we once set up an appointment with the owner but she had her assistant show up and we couldn't finalize details as she did not have answer to our questions. The music was great but the DJ didnt play from our list we sent. Additionally the music for the surprise dance was sent before but they informed me the day of that they hadn't receive it yet. When the music played it was skipping and really fast, which is not how we sent it. Everything else was great.

This place is trash!! The venue was very unorganized. The staff were not friendly and were not dressed appropriately during the event. The owner or the lady in charge was very unprofessional charging an insane amount for any little extra add on. Taking advantage of people. The fruit and candy table they provided was very cheap and was charged a fortune for it(my 12 year old daughter could had made it nicer). The cake they made was lopsided and ugly! Also the food was just nasty! Very cheap!! Very unhappy! Please don’t use this venue until they provide good service for the amount of money they charge!!
