We had a wonderful experience at the Tampa location and the Land O Lakes location. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and professional. We never felt pressured or hurried. They also had a great selection and different dresses at each store.

I took my daughters here to look for prom dresses today, first time customers. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and nice selection of beautiful, quality dresses. We felt very welcomed and not rushed. The staff were so patient and had good advice on styles and colors which seemed to match with my daughters different personalities. So impressed, highly recommended! Thank you Esmeralda's for such a great experience!

My daughter called for an appointment today and was told to come in now . She drove 20 mins to the store only to be told they were focusing on prom and they were too busy even for her to try on the two dresses she wanted to try one .I am very disappointed in the store . Don’t make people drive to your store if you don’t have the time to accommodate them . You lost a sale for 5 brides maid dress and a mother of the bride dress and two grandmothers dress .

If i could i would rate this place zero stars. My friend and i looked around for some lasts minutes prom shopping, when asked for her size we gave the older woman her exact dress size so she could find some dresses for her . When trying on, out of all 8 dresses only 1 dress was her actual size . The rest were 4 sized to small. This was definitely the most unprofessional experience we've had so far.
