I called this morning to have flowers delivered for my grandmothers 99th birthday. Express Flowers was super helpful. They helped me and kept me in constant communication on the arrangement and delivery. This is the best customer service I’ve ever had when buying flowers. 100% would shop here again.

I never write reviews but this time I felt I needed too. I have never received a more beautiful bouquet of flowers... ever! Not only was the bouquet full with a plethora of blooming flowers, but the delivery was pleasent. Apparently, my father called in and told the florist to send me "something pretty"... thats it...and I've attached a picture of what I received. Also, THE VASE! I would actually buy something like that! THANK YOU to "Express Flowers, Miami"; y'all are amazing! All SO great on Valentines Day. Muah

Oh my goodness!! If you’re looking for someone who really cares about his customers and goes out of his way to be accommodating, you need look no further!! I was calling from out of town and just took a chance on them, going by their excellent ratings and reviews and I can see why. Joe exemplified excellent customer service: kind, professional and enthusiastic about what he does. It was refreshing and reassuring. Where I needed the flowers delivered was out of his area but he referred me to someone else and said if they couldn’t help me, to call back and he would! Exceptional!!
