Overall, this hotel is a budget-friendly, low-key quiet location to stay in Long Beach right on PCH. We've brought our dog with us twice already and they always welcome those with pets. I love how quiet it is, and that there's a big courtyard with pool, hot tub. The only updates I would really make is to the flooring/carpeting, as it's getting a little tired but overall, for the price point and star-level, I've stayed at much worse.

Nice rooms, small TV remote did not work. The tenant brought us one up great service. Add no elevator to second floor Not a big deal. But It has a great balcony.

Definitely a budget inn featuring a microwave and mini fridge in the room. The jacuzzi in the suite was a very good size. Rooms definitely need an update though with the older appliances. The temperature control doesn't work very well and we struggled to keep the room at the right temperature. It was also very loud. The microwave is also older and half of the hotel looks to be under construction. The in room cable tv set up also had a number of channels that were audio only and no picture. The bed was pretty comfortable and our room had a sliding door out to the pool and gazebo area.

This place is good for convenience and location. However, the rooms are what you pay. The queen beds were actually full size not queen. The shower had no pressure. The carpet was visibly dirty. (Bring slippers to walk around the room). Bathroom had a dingy smell. No daily room service. We stayed 3 days and had to ask them to come and dump garbage and provide fresh towels. The grounds/pool area was actually decent looking. The TV is about a 24 inch. The volume must be busted because if you go past 50 it'll start sounding distorted. So long story short...you get for what you pay for. And I thought $179 + tax a night would get me better than this. Should have went to an upscale motel instead.

Do not go here EVER. BED BUGS. Their beds are infested with bed bugs. When we called them about it they said "What do you want us to do about it?" Like are you kidding me?? Maybe you should give us a refund and a new room for free but what do I know!!!! Then they tell you that other guests bring these bed bugs in. It's very crucial to remember that this goes against their own claim that they clean and maintain these hotel rooms, as if they really did clean and maintain these hotel rooms regularly and especially in between guests, THEN BED BUGS THAT OTHER GUESTS BRING IN WOULD NOT BE THERE!!! But then let's go on to the other issues. There are literal like blood stains on the carpet, their tables are sticky, and overall the environment is not cute. The customer service is so bad. The audacity to not even do anything about the problems is crazy. We had to go request a room change. There was no refund, compensation, effort, nothing. But the real issue here is the fact that reviews have been talking about it for months, and here we are today with absolutely no changes nor renovations that this owner has been talking about in all her replies to the reviews.
