My parents came to visit from Guatemala, and we made a reservation to celebrate their 43th wedding anniversary. The staff was very accommodating with a nice view, letting us in early to decorate and prep the place. Unfortunately, a family emergency occurred, and they had to check out 1 day earlier. SHAUN was very helpful to help us with refunds. He was even willing to use a translator (my parents only speak Spanish). Nice place, cleaned WAIT, DID I MENTIONED THEY HAVE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST BUFFET!!!

Love this room! Stayed on the 12th floor, hand an amazing view from the top of the tower. The layout was circular and super cool, very different than anything I’ve stayed in before. Breakfast is in the Penthouse and it’s delicious! Tables are elegant with a view of the city.

The lobby looks nice and clean and it really sets you up to think the rooms will be the same way. The rooms are janky, old, carpeted and just gross. There is not even an exhaust vent in the bathroom to get rid of steam during a hot shower. So everything in the room just gets steamy and muggy. The carpet is GROSS!!! The penthouse restaurant was nice. We had breakfast here a couple of times and the food was 6/10. The workers were all very nice.

Upon arrival and receiving my room key 801 I walk into the room and immediately start coughing and wheezing I set my bags down and notice a can of bed bug and flea fogger next to the bed. I get my things and cough all the way down the the front desk. The employees only concern was to figure out who left that there instead of asking of I was OK. The next morning I also spoke to the assistant manager and she offered me ihg points instead of a refund. Terrible service. Also I have photos of the room and flea fogger this website does not let me post them .

This place is horrible, the rooms smells and , it's infested with roaches, they had to move our room several times, because of the roach problems, we seam to forget about this problem, after they moved us to the 8th Floor then we noticed a huge change, even the rooms are much better. However the food is really good. But we won't be back.
