I just had my daughters 10th birthday party this Saturday and ordered tables, chairs and a jumper. Everything was delivered on time and was picked up next day in the afternoon so we were able to sleep in the next day. Placing the order was easy and the lady who helped us was very nice. The prices were very reasonable compared to other places. I would definitely use them again for our next party.

The lady is very unprofessional and made me feel like she didn't want me there .she does not tell people that they have to go to the back of the building to pick up and drop off .she has a buisness where she has to recieve her items back and then if you are early shes mad at you ,She's not even ready to accept you when you're there to give her her stuff back . She expects everyone to know and gets mad at you when she hasn't explained things herself properly. She treats people who are there early to give her her property back as scum and honestly it feels like she doesn't like new customers. I litterally recorded myself returning her stuff back just in case she later wants to say something crazy so I kept proof. Suggest you do the same good luck 👍

Called on Tuesday 12/21 to rent 16 white plastic foldable chairs and they want so much information (name, address, phone - I get it), but your ID/DL number. I thought it was too much information over the phone, so the young lady (who was really nice over the phone) said we can come in on Wednesday 12/22 from 9a-3p. My mom went and was speaking to someone else on that day and the lady was extremely rude, saying they didn't speak to anyone and they didn't know what we were talking about, all just to say they do have the chairs available and it would be $11 for rental, but they only accept cash or venmo as payment and she would've had to do a $30 deposit. Anyway, we didn't end up getting the chairs because the lady working at the counter was being sarcastic and rude. If you don't care about customer service, this is the spot for you.
