I would call them again, no doubt! Stellar customer service (I phoned Miami from San Francisco to have flowers delivered to a tricky address and they nailed it)! They worked within my budget and delivered a dramatic, classy, memorable, fresh arrangement that delighted the recipient. I live in Dallas and wanted to send flowers to my daughter in Miami for her birthday. I found More Than Flowers via Google search. Ordering online was so easy! I ordered Monday morning for delivery on Wednesday. They were delivered with zero issues and the flowers were simply amazing! They look even prettier than the pictures on the website and I could not be more pleased. Most importantly my daughter absolutely loved them. SCAMMERS!! Completely “lost” my $500 order, ruined my proposal plans and completely denied receiving the order even though I had the receipt. Stay away from these scamming thieves!!!
