Our Chauffeur Brian, was the BEST! He stood outside with his umbrella to cover us as we were getting on the bus. He was patient, kind, respectful, encouraging AND accommodating! He had no problem adjusting the itinerary and actually took us downtown DC to Center City to see the lights and take pics! Our Teens said he was very nice! WE WILL SURELY Use THIS Co. Again.

We rented the 22 person party bus for New Year's Eve. Terrence was our driver. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism and positive attitude. We left our house and took the bus to see the lights @ Bull Run. While there we had an unrelated emergency and Terrence was able to keep everyone calm while everything got resolved. Once we got back on the road the party resumed. I really liked the light system and the music system. My only complaints are the USB ports were not working and I wished that we had greater control of the temperature on the bus. Outside of that we had an awesome time. We reaxhed our destination safely and got back home safely as well. Thank you Terrence for making our time memorable.

Zach was a great driver. He was on time and quick to answer any questions. The bus was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue is that we had a 30 person party bus and only had 27 people, but it was extremely tight. There would have been no way to accommodate even one more person. All in all we were very satisfied.

Excellent experience. It’s difficult finding reliable car service from Harpers Ferry to the DC area. I was in a bind on a Sunday evening and needed to book a car for early the next Morning. Len was helpful and made the booking process quick and super easy. My driver, Terrence, was awesome! He showed up on time, in a new clean car, and he was both professional and friendly. Overall, I’d rate On The Town 10/10 and will definitely be a return customer. It’s evident they take good care and pride in their business.

On The Town made booking super easy and the driver the day of made our day as smooth as possible. Our limo driver arrived on time, the limo was clean, and all arrivals and drop offs went on schedule. Our limo driver was super nice and had friendly conversation with us. He was also very patient as we were running late at the end due to pictures, but he kept a pleasant attitude and didn’t make us feel rushed. He also drove us safely and we had a great time in the limo. I would highly recommend On The Town Limousines.
