Our shopping experience at Panache Bridal was very pleasant. Ana was very helpful and patient with us while looking for a dress. Her knowledge of the dresses was unbelievable. Ana always had a great attitude and her customer service was top notch. She was never pushy or quick to get rid of us. Instead she was always ready to listen to our preferences and needs. The seamstress was also great! She worked according to our schedule and preferred adjustments on the dress. We are beyond happy with her work. Thank you Panache for making our dress shopping a memorable one and stress free!

Anna is an absolute GEM! She took such good care of me and was SO kind! I loved being able to work with her. She knows all about the dresses and inventory. She made the whole dress shopping experience comfortable and extremely easy. So thankful to have met her and the dresses too! I can't wait to confidently recommend Panache and Anna to all my engaged girlies!

I am not one to write reviews but I had to do it because Ana. She made my experience feel soo nice and special. She was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. I didn’t think I was going to find the one but after trying many dresses and with Ana’s patience I found my wedding dress. Price, quality and experience everything in general was great!

Great customer service, Ana was very patient and friendly, She helped guide me to the perfect dress for my day. The seamstress also patiently helped alter my dress to fit perfectly to me. Overall the staff was very happy to assist us and answer all our questions.

This location is in great disrepair. We arrived early and while sitting in my car I was surprised to see the shape this building is in. There’s nothing wrong with being old, but this is a result of neglect and no attention to detail. You can see the red striping on the building looks like a first coat and is sloppily done. The windows are all peeling. The walkway and sign is filthy. It’s not inviting at all. Inside it’s outdated, with carpet that needs to be replaced. There was gum stuck in the carpet on the stairs. There wasn’t much of a prom dress selection. We just left… I couldn’t imagine buying a wedding dress from here. The only positive is that the employees were nice.
