I used Pin Up Cakes for my wedding and loved how my cake turned out! Everything was done online and was super easy. I sent them inspiration pictures of what I wanted and for how many people. I wanted a smaller cake for just me, my husband and our wedding party as we were doing sheet cake for the guests. After sending the pictures, they gave me different options and broke it down by how much each would cost. I loved that they did that! Since I wanted a 2 tier cake, but it was only for 12 people, they gave me the option to make the top tier out of styrofoam to cut costs! They also gave me options on if I wanted them to make flowers out of fondant, or I could bring them flowers and they would put it on, or I could have my florist do it at the venue. This also helped cut cost. I ended up with a strawberry cake with chocolate frosting and it was so delicious! I’m not a big fondant person so I was worried I wasn’t going to like that part, but it was honestly so thin and not super sweet which I was very happy about.

Great customer service. Went for a cake tasting to place an order and it exceeded my expectations with price and quality. Not too many choices for fillings but decent enough that you will find something you like. *update: got my cake and cupcake order and it was amazing!! Everyone at my party loved the way the cake and cupcakes came out and I kept getting asked where I got it from and of course I had to share the secret! and the cake did taste very good better than I imagined it would.

I was extremely excited to have a custom cake created for a milestone stone birthday for my boyfriend, until Pin Up Cakes ruined my experience. They have extremely limited work hours, never answer the phone, voice mail box is full even if you tried, only in their "store front" on Saturday’s. Communication is not their strong point and provide terrible customer service. After emailing back and forth for 2 weeks trying to get answers (that could’ve been handled in one 10 min phone call). I wanted to pay over the phone or in person, they only offered via email which i did not feel comfortable with. They told me on a Saturday we are closed on Sunday’s and Monday’s so i must pay by tuesday. On Monday I emailed them that I will come in on Tuesday and pay. They responded Tuesday morning"were only open on Saturday if you have to pay today." I called on Tuesday to pay and NO Answer, I emailed on Tuesday telling them i called twice, no answer, voice mail was full and to please contact me back, received NO response. I followed up on Wednesday via email again for them to respond telling me they are no longer willing to take my order! Absolutely worst customer service, they do not take accountability for not being accessible to customers, completely unprofessional and in my opinion probably their side job.
