We booked Rainbow Gardens a year ago for our wedding of 104 guests after looking for a high quality, reasonably-priced venue in the Las Vegas area. We were immediately impressed by the supreme competence of Alberto who knew every detail of the venue, placement of small decorations and how we could best see our (my) vision come to light. It’s really hard to imagine that you could get a better deal for your money anywhere else, especially when you consider the all- inclusive packages that they offer and the flexibility. When our event coordinator Alberto contacted me for final meeting, I was concerned because I've already worked with 2 others who knew my vision for my wedding. However, Alberto took over and did a fantastic job making sure every detail happened according to plan and provided suggestions in which I loved. All of the staff were helpful, respectful and honored all our wishes. The bottom line is, on the day of event, Alberto showed up dressed to impress and showed out. This man was absolutely amazing in every way. Alberto executed flawlessly, from the decor, to the food, to the event management. We have been getting non-stop compliments from our friends and family about how awesome the wedding was and how much fun they had. Guests informed me that Alberto had the beat spirits and the most positive attitude. Furthermore, Crystal ( photographer) did an amazing job coordinating the photos and captured some wonderful and really good memories. Her attitude and spirit is remarkably amazing. My husband and I had our Harry Potter wedding here in the Garden Room and it was the most magical night of our lives! Thank you to ALBERTO, our host, wedding coordinator and such a beautiful person as well. He thought of every little detail and always made sure we were happy with the results. Alberto and his team absolutely nailed it! Thank you to our photographer KERRY, you are such a sweetheart and really captured our personality! Thank you to JARED our DJ who was just as stoked about our wedding as we were. He put on the dance party of the decade! To the catering staff, thank you so much for making our delicious meal; it was the best prime rib we’ve ever had! To our bartender, thank you so much for being so kind and keeping the ‘liquid luck’ flowing. And to MIKE our minister, thank you for being such a calm light in a time of nerves, we appreciate your kind words and beautiful ceremony. We got married here on October 8, 2023! We had toured multiple venues but fell in love with their outdoor courtyard and immediately chose this as our wedding venue. From the very beginning, they were all so responsive and helpful. We came from out of town but that wasn’t an issue at all. All communication was done through email and zoom. We had no idea how to plan a wedding but they’re all inclusive package solved a lot of our problems. They were all professional and provided us with so many choices and ideas. Very flexible and nice. Alberto and the whole team did amazing and I would recommend Rainbow Gardens for any event.

We got married her in September of 2023 and it was lovely. We came from out-of-town so being able to work with a venue that took care of everything (cake, minister, DJ, decor, etc) made things so much easier. Our coordinator was Lexus and she was such a joy to work with, she made sure us, our bridal party and our family & friends felt very taken care of. She even worked with us to incorporate a last minute line dance lesson we arranged! We got married in the Garden room, which is stunning. We were a bit worried about heat since it was over 100 degrees out, but it was pleasantly cool all during the ceremony and reception. We only met the minister right before, but our friends all assumed we knew her before the wedding as she emailed us ahead of time to get some personal stories, then worked them into the service. The DJ was great as well, as was the photographer. We got our photos back very quickly. We booked over a year out and were a little nervous as we didn't have a lot of contact with the venue farther out, but it makes sense when you see how attentive they are the 2-3 months leading up to the wedding. Lexus was on top of every question or request. The venue doesn't have a lot of food that caters to special diets (i.e. vegan, gluten free etc) but Lexus helped us with Door-Dashing special meals to accommodate so there was something for everyone. We got the salmon, pasta and Prime Rib and all were tasty, and there was plenty of food for our 80 guests. We wanted a few more wines and beer types than the venue carried, so we brought some in from Costco. There was no added corkage fees or hassle from the venue, it was all very easy. Lexus and the bartender even helped us package the leftover extra bottles at the end of the night for easy transport to our hotel. I am glad we went with Rainbow Gardens, I couldn't have asked for a better venue experience.
