After about a hundred IHG stays, this one is in the top 3. Linked to a local full service restaurant with a 5 dollar off breakfast coupon and a special deal breakfast for 5 bucks was two plate sized pancakes, delicious thick smoked baked and two eggs cooked how you like it. Cookies at the desk every day, nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. The facility is a very picturesque setting. Just don't eat the small bags of "coco puffs" , they are fish food for the coi pond next to the restaurant. A rather romantic hotel, I would love to bring the wife to just hang out in this one. Restaurant is pretty popular hang out at night but did not get a chance to try it. Great hotel folks.

Nice hotel near 99, a beautiful Dutch village with a swan pond with koi, a fountain, clocktower and even a mini train. Comfortable rooms, pool available.

Very nice staff. Friendly and professional. The hotel is a little dated but clean and well kept. My complaint was our room. One small full size bed, old worn out torn carpeting mismatched furniture, dim lighting, old bathroom, no hair dryer nor coffee maker. I will never stay there again. Great employees, but very disappointing room.

It was actually a decent stay until my mother came home with bed bug bites. I reached out to management and she was very dismissive, unapologetic and rude. Very poor customer service. I will be reaching out to the corporate offices to report her. She could have handled the situation much better than she did.

New member of the IHG network. I booked a stay for a business trip, but unfortunately, the client I was due to meet had to reschedule the day before. The hotel would not cancel the reservation, and I was charged the full rate. I was told I would have had to click several boxes to agree to this so too bad. I will be sure to tell any business associates about my experience at Holiday Inn- Swan Court. This is why I have been a Hilton member for years.
