If you're looking for someone to plan an event make sure to contact Celia and her team they are phenomenal at what they do. We hired her to plan and coordinate me and my wife's wedding. At first we never thought of hiring a coordinator/planner because we figured we could do everything on our own, needless to say we're so glad we got Celia and her staff for our wedding because it would've been 10x more stressful to plan our wedding on our own. She was always in contact with us about everything , and anything that we asked she was able to provide as well. Thanks to her and her staff our wedding was a success and it couldn't have been more perfect! I definitely recommend booking her she'll make your event a lot less stressful believe me! I booked Celia about a year in a half prior to my daughters event. During the process we told Celia our vision for the theme and colors. Somehow we came out with Floral masquerade, light colors with lots of florals. I was very skeptical because I wanted to put my hands in everything. I then had to postpone my event in June to October because my primo-hermano passed away 2 weeks prior to my daughters event. Celia took care of calling our vendors to let them know the event is postpone. I can tell you this much…she knows what she’s doing. Leave your trust in her, she will come through, she will execute. My jaw dropped for my daughters reveal and tears ran down my cheeks. I was so stunned and in aww that I hugged her and that’s when I knew that I hired the right planner and decorator for my daughters event. She took over the MC part since my dj had a strong accent and for video purposes she wanted everything to be flawless. Her team for the day of OMG… hands down the best of the best!! They truly care for your event to go as perfect as possible. One of the team members took care of my daughter she was nervous and nauseated and they immediately assisted her. Oh and of course the damas had chocolate all over their dresses and I had no wipes. I called Celia and someone took care of that mess. Thank you Celia and Tiaras and Tacones team. I will never forget your hard work and efforts. You definitely deserve Diamond ratings and not stars.

My daughter had her Quince 10/7/22 and we interviewed Celia from Tiaras and Tacones as our party planner and decorator. I wanted to be 100% present, reflexed and completely enjoy my daughters day. Celia gave me that gift. We planned a few items every week , nothing overwhelming. The day of the event she showed up with her team and took over. They took care of everything-decor setup & tear down, guest Check-In, gift card box, communicating with all the vendors, taking care of all the events planned, any problems that came up and so much more. It was a perfect day for our family. If I had another quince I would hire Celia again 🥰🙏🏼

If could, I'd leave 100 stars with this review! I had been planning my daughter's quince last year when suddenly the pandemic shut things down. Celia was so supportive during the entire process and assured me we would still be able to give my daughter the event she'd always dreamed of. This past June, that's exactly what happened. With Celia's attention to every last detail, we had more than we could have dreamed of! Although initially dad wasn't 100% onboard with having the event, during the celebration he could not have been more grateful to Celia and her staff for coordinating such a beautiful event for our daughter. Each and every guest had a wonderful time and thanked Celia personally for making the event so memorable. Celia and her staff made sure every last detail was perfect and I could not be more thankful. She truly made our daughters dream come true, thank you!! Looking forward to working with this team for future events!
