I called Willow Branch Florist last week to inquire about some funeral flowers and Ayla was so helpful, patient, and kind. She answered all my questions and provided me with helpful information to assist me in my decision. After speaking with her I knew I would definitely be choosing this flower shop. I also asked if they could send me a photo of the flowers before they were sent out and they did just that. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of some flowers in the area.

Beautiful arrangement! We had an unexpected errand pop up and weren’t home for the delivery. Thank you to the delivery person for putting the arrangement in a safe place, and for the phone message about where you left the arrangement. Great service and extremely professional. I’m a retired floral designer and am happy to say it’s a beautiful arrangement! Thank you!

As always arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. Recipient was thrilled. And I am totally satisfied. Willow branch is the optimum, Florist, Riverside, and all areas with north east and south! And the ladies who run Willow branch are absolutely the best! I have referred friends to Willow branch and they are all now customers for life, as I am I! Delivery was on time and the roses were arranged so much nicer than what you find when ordering through the big online company. I will definitely be ordering from them again and supporting our local business. Good job Willow Branch Florist!!!! P.S. props for using the wires to keep the roses from wilting!. Small detail that makes all the difference.

They were patient, kind and extremely helpful while placing a phone order for a specific type of arrangement for my brother's funeral! The flowers and style was exactly what we asked for and they even texted a picture of the arrangement before it went to the funeral service.
