You can negotiate with a designer/boutique owner to participate in your runway-themed quince by donating some of their clothing. Rather than paying out of pocket, you can guarantee their logo on your party invitations which will serve the designer/boutique owner as promotion for his/her business. In most cases the opportunity to promote their business will get them to join in on the festivities.
The Invitation
The invitation is your first opportunity to have your guests anxiously count down towards your big day. The invitation is not only key in setting the tone for your quince, but it’s also a way to show your unique personality. Formal fashion shows usually include the name of the fashion show, the designer, date, time, place, RSVP information, event highlights and sponsors. If your name was “Elizabeth”, for example, the name of your invite could read something like “You are invited to Elizabeth’s coming of age Fashion Show”. Date, time, location and RSVP information would be included as in traditional invitations. If you’re able to get a fashion designer/boutique owner to contribute to the fashion show, make sure you include their information on your invitation as well.

Quinceañera parties are usually sponsored in part by the parents and family of the celebrated. So in the case of the sponsors, you can have each family that contributed to your party create a logo or emblem for themselves. Once you have all of the emblems from the contributing parties, you can add them to the bottom of your invite as event sponsors! The logo placement would serve as a fun and honorable mention to your contributors and will give your invitations a more authentic look.
