A Closer Look at the Quince Dresses from San Diego

quince dresses

The fashion show provided a plethora of quince dresses.

If you were at our quinceañera expo in San Diego last Sunday October 13, 2013 then you know all the beautiful quince dresses Mitzy and Raul Corona had to offer.

Pink dresses were an abundance at the fashion show. There were variations of quinceañera dresses that included glitter, lace, different patterns, and different materials. Also, you could appreciate the different shades of pink, such as red, orange, and purple. But, obviously, the designers were trying to tell the audience what color themes are in style at the moment.

The other quince dresses came in a multitude of colors and styles. Some were made complimentary to a dark theme of black, dark blue, and dark green. However, usually when there were quince dresses of mostly dark colors, the designer designated a certain part of the quince dresses to be a lighter color such as yellow. This way the quince dresses had contrasting colors in order to draw more attention. Some of the quinceañera dresses went in an opposite direction by having a very light girly theme. These dresses were multicolored in light blue, pink, gold, and tan. For the more girly girls, these types of quinceañera dresses will allow you to show off your personality and remain a sense of modesty.

Mitzy and Raúl Corona definitely proved to the audience at the last Quince Expo in San Diego that you can add simple and extravagant decorations to any dress! Feathers, glitter, and other trinkets can easily be attached to your dreamed quinceañera dress. Even a quinceañera girl’s hair-do can be enhanced with feathers or hats such as the one Joselyn López, Quinceanera.com Cover Girl San Diego edition, was wearing.
