A princess carriage for your Quinceañera

Who said fairy tales don't exist? Well, we have good news for you because we've found the authentic Cinderella carriage so you can arrive at your party like a real-life princess.

Of course, the story wouldn't be complete without the white horses and a coachman specially dressed for the occasion. Enchanted Carriages, the company behind this fabulous adventure, ensures that on your special day, the carriage of your choice will be waiting at your doorstep to take you wherever you want.

On your special day, you can feel like a princess.

"Turning fifteen only happens once. It's a big day for young girls, and we make ourselves available to take them to the church, the venue, or to take Quinceañera photos," says Susan Eccles, owner of this company that has been serving Southern California for over 12 years. "Although we are based in Moorpark, in Ventura County, we cover from Santa Barbara to San Diego."

Indeed, Enchanted Carriages' carriages can be seen at weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and, of course, Quinceañeras. The types of carriages available for rent are as glamorous as their names: White Vis-a-Vis, Victoria, Limousine, and, of course, the Cinderella Coach.

According to Susan, the latter two are the most requested by young girls, with a price for both carriages at $850 per hour and a capacity of 6 to 9 people for the Limousine and 4 to 6, "depending on the size of the dress," for the Cinderella carriage. For the latter, Susan recommends booking well in advance as it is the favorite among Quinceañeras.

The service also includes the floral decoration of the carriage and the "Happy Quinceañera" sign hanging on the back. "We also offer champagne, although for this, they will have to wait until they get married," Susan jokes.

But the best part is that all these details can be customized with the color or style chosen by the Quinceañera. The same goes for the coachman and his assistant's attire. They can go with a formal chambelán tuxedo and top hat or dresses in American western style, it all depends on the birthday girl's preference. Finally, Susan advises the girls to wear comfortable shoes and take lots of photos. "We really strive to make them feel like authentic princesses on their day, and they love it. They say it's magical."
