23 More Reasons to Add Pitbull To Your Quince Playlist

The hip hop artist, who recently teamed up with Enrique Iglesias in the hit single “I like it”, has also partnered up with soft drink brand, Dr Pepper.

Come next year, the platinum recording artist will serve as the spokesperson for the brand’s 2011 “Vida 23” marketing campaign, which will use the singers “Vida 23” single to carry it through. The single, which is part of Pitbull's latest album, “Armando”, was written by the artist specially for the campaign. Of his partnership with Dr Pepper, Pitbull states that not only is it a great opportunity for him to expand on the Pitbull brand, but that it also makes his mother proud. “My mother always wanted me to be a doctor”, he exclaims. “And look at me now- I am a doctor!”

The “Vida 23” campaign will include TV, online, out of home advertisements, radio, and in-store activity. It will also include a mobile tour with in-store events in more than eight U.S. Markets.
